Abstract

This article presents a summary of the results of the research developed in the Professional Master's Program in Literature (PROFLETRAS) of the State University of North Paraná, focusing on the discussions on literacy in the hospital schooling program of the State of Paraná. A qualitative case study used the questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The interpretation of the questionnaires was made based on the content analysis proposed by Bardin (2011), articulated to linguistic analyzes with contributions from several areas.
