Abstract

The objective of this work is to present in what way the school space means for a group of women of adult and youth education (AYE). We are allied to Historical Materialist Discourse Analysis. The research is of a qualitative nature and the data collection was carried out by means of semi-structured interviews The research subjects are three women students of adult and youth education Center, the city of Sinop-MT. We consider that school rupture occurred commonly among those interviewed through marriage and that the school return means, for them, the beginning and the desire for social advancement.
