Review - Street Educators

Abstract

This review aims to understand characteristics about the importance of practice and insertion - mediator of the educator on the street for and with street boys and girls. The book consists of seven parts, the first and second being a presentation and introduction, the others focus on who are the street boys and girls? What is the practice of the street educator? The street educator - “pedagogical amazement and its indefinition” and possibilities that characterize the street educator. Finally, the considerations in the last chapter “Professor Paulo Freire and the street educators”, presents and distinguishes the humanitarian vision from the humanist vision.
