O presente artigo apresenta reflexões sobre as lutas e os enfrentamentos vivenciados pelos/as educadores/as para a continuidade da Escola Estadual Madre Cristina-EEMC, uma escola do/no campo. Também citam-se elementos para entender o perfil deste/a educador/a e o processo de formação, suas lutas e vivências nesse Assentamento. Os objetivos desta pesquisa foram: Identificar o surgimento da Escola Estadual Madre Cristina; diagnosticar quais as dificuldades encontradas pelos/as educadores/as do campo em permanecer no campo; analisar o processo de auto-organização dos/as educadores/as e dos/as assentados/as na luta para a continuidade da escola no Assentamento Roseli Nunes-MT. A metodologia utilizada fundamentou-se na pesquisa bibliográfica, pesquisa documental do Projeto Político-Pedagógico-PPP da escola e pesquisa de campo com a aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas com cinco educadores/as da EEMC e na participação em reuniões pedagógicas, numa abordagem qualitativa, utilizando-se a pesquisa participante. A escola é o coração do assentamento e ser educador/a do campo é estar voltado às diversas dimensões, constatamos com este estudo que os/as educadores/as da escola têm conseguido permanecer no campo, com o apoio dos/as assentados/as e dando continuidade à escola do/no campo, no entanto vivenciam muitos desafios na luta pela sua permanência na escola.

From stubborn resistance is born the State School of Countryside Madre Cristina
ABSTRACT. This article presents reflections on the struggles and confrontations experienced by the educators for the continuation of the Madre Cristina-EEMC State School, a school in the countryside. There are also elements to understand the profile of this educator and the formation process, their struggles and experiences in this Settlement. The objectives of this research were: To identify the emergence of the Madre Cristina State School; diagnose the difficulties encountered by the educators in the field in staying in the field; to analyze the process of self-organization of the educators and of the settlers in the struggle for the continuity of the school in the Roseli Nunes-MT settlement. The methodology used was based on the bibliographical research, documentary research of the School's Educational-PPP Project and field research with the application of semi-structured interviews with five EEMC educators and participation in pedagogical meetings, in a qualitative approach, using participant research. The school is the heart of the settlement and being an educator of the countryside is to be oriented to the different dimensions, we verified with this study that the educators of the school have been able to stay in the field, with the support of the settlers and giving continuity to the school in the countryside, nevertheless they experience many challenges in the fight for their stay of the school.

De la obstinada resistencia nace la Escuela Estadual del Campo Madre Cristina
RESUMEN. El presente artículo presenta reflexiones sobre las luchas y los enfrentamientos vivenciados por los/las educadores/as para la continuidad de la Escuela Estadual Madre Cristina-EEMC, una escuela del/en el campo. También se citan elementos para entender el perfil de este/la educador/a y el proceso de formación, sus luchas y vivencias en ese Asentamiento. Los objetivos de esta investigación fueron: Identificar el surgimiento de la Escuela Estadual Madre Cristina; diagnosticar cuáles las dificultades encontradas por los educadores/as del campo en permanecer en el campo; analizar el proceso de auto-organización de los/as educadores/as y de los asentados/as en la lucha por la continuidad de la escuela en el Asentamiento Roseli Nunes-MT. La metodología utilizada se basó en la investigación bibliográfica, investigación documental del Proyecto Político Pedagógico-PPP de la escuela e investigación de campo con la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas con cinco educadoras de la EEMC y en la participación en reuniones pedagógicas, en un abordaje cualitativo, utilizando la metodología utilizada investigación participante. La escuela es el corazón del asentamiento y ser educador/a del campo es estar orientado a las diversas dimensiones, constatamos con este estudio que los/as educadores/as de la escuela han logrado permanecer en el campo, con el apoyo de los asentados/as y los asentados/as y/dando continuidad a la escuela del/en el campo, sin embargo vivencia muchos desafíos en la lucha por su permanencia de la escuela.
