É nesses tempos sombrios e de indignação que foi elaborado o primeiro número da RIEcim. Neste número oferecemos aos leitores 10 textos inéditos que apontam para diferentes relatos de experiência, todas bem alinhadas aos propósitos da revista que tem como foco a área de educação, ensino de ciências e educação matemática. Neste primeiro número da revista divulgamos as vozes que ecoam durante a pandemia da COVID-19 e os relatos que focam principalmente as Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) nas aulas remotas. Esses textos demonstram para os(as) leitores(as) os desafios e as perspectivas presentes nessa nova forma de aprender e ensinar que, tanto discentes, quanto docentes, vivenciam durante a pandemia da COVID-19.
