Gesundheitserziehung an ländlichen Schulen in Rio Grande do Sul:

ZUSAMMENFASSUNG. Diese qualitative, deskriptive Studie führte Interviews mit 64 Teilnehmern aus ländlichen Schulen und Gesundheitseinrichtungen in drei Gemeinden in Rio Grande do Sul durch. Ziel war es, Strategien und Maßnahmen der Gesundheitserziehung an ländlichen Schulen im Lichte der Ziele für nachhaltige Entwicklung (SDGs) zu analysieren und Beiträge, Lücken und Potenziale für Gesundheitsförderung und lokale Entwicklung zu identifizieren. Es zeigte sich, dass Gesundheitserziehungsmaßnahmen, die für die Förderung der Gesundheitsversorgung, die Verbreitung von Wissen und die Mobilisierung der Gemeinschaft von grundlegender Bedeutung sind, vorrangige Themen behandeln und die Schule als Versorgungsgebiet festigen. Sie stehen im Zusammenhang mit den SDGs, indem sie Selbstfürsorge fördern, Maßnahmen an den lokalen Kontext anpassen, den Zugang zu Informationen erweitern und sektorübergreifende Partnerschaften fördern. Spielerische Strategien und eine verständliche, kontextualisierte Sprache erweisen sich als wirksam, obwohl strukturelle und kommunikative Herausforderungen sowie ein Mangel an Fachkräften und sektorübergreifenden Partnerschaften weiterhin bestehen. Um die Wirksamkeit von Gesundheitserziehungsinitiativen zu erhöhen, ist es wichtig, dass sie kontinuierlich sind, in den Lehrplan integriert werden und auf der Grundlage der Besonderheiten ländlicher Gebiete und ihrer Realitäten geplant werden. Auf diese Weise können ländliche Schulen zu Orten der Fürsorge, der Bürgerbeteiligung und des sozialen Wandels im Einklang mit den SDGs werden.
