Dossier temático: Política y Gestión de la Educación en Tiempos de Retiro en Derechos Sociales y Congelación de la Esfera Pública

The organizers of the Dossier understand that the debate on education policy and management is articulated to the understanding of public value, "everyone's right to education," and the duty of the State, translated into social public policies, whose operationalization occurs through educational and school management, tensioned by the democratic-participative and strategic-enterprise perspectives. The production of theoretical-practical knowledge that covers educational and school policy and management is necessary to explain the contradictions between the instrumental and emancipatory formative perspectives of school education. We invite you to read the dossier on the agenda that intends to contribute to the field of public policy and educational management, focusing on the debate on the production of policies in times of reactionary conservatism, the tension between the public and private spheres, between democratic management and managerial management.
