The fifth volume of the Interdisciplinary Journal of Science and Mathematics Education (RIEcim), linked to the Graduate Program in Science and Mathematics Education (PPGecim/UFNT), is composed, in its continuous publication format, of 9 articles that mobilize different discussions in the field of Science and Mathematics Education. The studies gathered in this issue address themes related to digital technologies, gamification, didactic games, Mathematics Education, Chemistry Education, Physics Education, Statistical Education, Ethnomathematics, teacher education, active methodologies, and the interfaces between Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
